Dow and Gazprom to Work on GHG Reduction

Dow Chemical and Gazprom Marketing and Trading, a Western European subsidiary of the Russian state energy monopoly, have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for the development and implementation of greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reduction projects, the companies say.
