The latest report from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC; Geneva), “Climate Change 2014: Impacts, Adaptation, and Vulnerability,” shows the far-reaching consequences of climate change for humankind and the environment, according to Barbara Hendricks and Johanna Wanka, Germany’s minister for the environment and for research, respectively.
