EnviroTech :: Climate Change Climate Resolution Has Until June 7 For Vote11:52 AM MDT | May 20, 2010 | Vincent Valk Senator Lisa Murkowski has until the week of June 7 to put her resolution reversing U.S. EPA's endangerment finding on greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions to a floor vote, reports say. The finding, which held that GHG emissions are a threat to public health, triggered EPA's regulatory process with regard to GHGs. The resolution would reverse the finding, halting the regulatory process. EPA released its final rule for GHG emissions from stationary sources, such as manufacturing facilities, earlier this month.
