Bonn Climate Talks Draw Little Progress

United Nations climate talks that concluded in Bonn yesterday have yielded little in the way of progress toward a global climate agreement. The talks were the first since the ill-fated Copenhagen climate summit in December 2009. More than 1,700 representatives from 175 countries participated in the Bonn meeting.
