EnviroTech :: Climate Change ACC Urges Halt to EPA GHG Action1:40 PM MDT | March 24, 2010 | Vincent Valk ACC is acting to stall U.S. EPA efforts to regulate greenhouse gases from stationary sources, such as chemical plants, the group says. EPA's rules for mobile sources, such as vehicles, must be finalized by March 31, triggering a process under which the agency must also regulate stationary sources. "It is imperative" that the stationary sources rule be delayed, ACC president Cal Dooley said at a joint press call with the American Iron and Steel Institute (AISI).
