ACC Requests GHG Reporting Rule Clarification

ACC has filed a petition with the U.S. Court of Appeals in Washington, D.C. ensuring that the group can pursue legal recourse against EPA regarding industry's concerns about a portion of the greenhouse gas (GHG) reporting rule. The language  in question relates to the rule's provisions for "suppliers of industrial GHGs" and how those apply to several processes.
