Bipartisan bill seeks to block EPA limits on power plant GHG emissions

Energy and Power Subcommittee chairman Ed Whitfield (R., KY) and Senator Joe Manchin (D., WV) today unveiled draft legislation designed to rein in EPA efforts to restrict greenhouse gas (GHG) emitted by power plants.
