Süd-Chemie Increases 2010 Ebitda by 31%

Süd-Chemie (Munich), a producer of catalysts and adsorbents, has published preliminary financial results for 2010 that show it increased its Ebitda 31% to €206.1 million ($287 million), on sales up 14% to €1.2 billion, following adjustment for non-recurring items. Ebit for 2010 increased 32% to €106.8 million. The managing board and supervisory board say they will be proposing a dividend of €1.70 per Süd-Chemie AG share at the company’s AGM on May 13.
