EnviroTech :: Catalysts and Licensing Shell Licenses EO-EG Technology to PetroChina10:02 AM MDT | March 27, 2008 | Kerri Walsh Shell Global Solutions International, a Shell Chemicals subsidiary, says it has signed a contract to license its ethylene oxide-ethylene glycol (EO-EG) technology to PetroChina Sichuan Petrochemical (PSP), a PetroChina subsidiary. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. PSP will use Shell’s EO-EG process and EO catalyst at a plant that will form part of a previously announced petrochemicals complex at Chengdu, China.
