Johnson Matthey to Buy German Catalyst Maker

Johnson Matthey says it has signed an agreement to buy catalyst company Argillon Group (Redwitz, Germany) for €214 million ($313.8 million) in cash from Ceramics Luxembourg, a company owned by private equity firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (New York).
