Evonik Industries Buys Catalysts Business in India

Evonik Industries has acquired Ravindra Heraeus's (Udaipur, India) precious metal powder catalysts business. All know-how, technology, and business relationships with catalyst customers will pass from Ravindra Heraeus, a 50-50 joint venture between Heraeus (Hanau, Germany) and family owned Ravindra Choksi, to Evonik, under the agreement.
