EnviroTech :: Catalysts and Licensing Dorf Ketal Acquires Specialty Catalysts Business of DuPont3:22 AM MST | January 7, 2010 | Deepti Ramesh Specialty chemicals company Dorf Ketal Chemicals (Mumbai) says it has acquired the specialty catalysts business, comprising of organometallic titanates, zirconates and specialty additives, of DuPont. The acquisition includes titanates and zirconates and hydrocarbon surfactants and antistatic agents used in a range of specialty markets and applications, Dorf Ketal says. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. The specialty catalysts business of DuPont Chemicals and Fluoroproducts, which generated revenues of about $50 million in 2008, is expected...
