EnviroTech :: Catalysts and Licensing BASF Launches Upgrades at U.S. Catalyst Plants1:34 PM MDT | August 3, 2010 | Vincent Valk BASF is investing $5 million to $10 million over the next several months in an operational improvement program at two catalyst plants in the U.S., the company says. The two plants are at Erie, Pennsylvania, and Elyria, Ohio. BASF will re-engineer, retrofit and further automate the catalyst manufacturing process at both facilities. The program will be completed in phases, ending in early 2011, BASF says.
