EnviroTech :: Biotech U.K. Part-funds 10 Early-stage Biotech Projects4:43 AM MST | February 8, 2011 | Alex Scott The U.K. government, via its Technology Strategy Board (TSB), has agreed to fund feasibility studies for 10 industrial biotechnology projects that aim to convert biomaterials into high value chemicals and polymers. The U.K. government program will provide total funds of £1 million ($1.6 million). The 10 projects have been selected by TSB as part of its funding competition dubbed Manufacturing High Value Chemicals through Industrial Biotechnology.
