Lonza Acquires Biotech Service Provider

Lonza says it has acquired Algonomics (Ghent, Belgium), a contract research organization providing integrated immunogenicity prediction services to support companies in the development of biotherapeutics. The purchase price was not disclosed. Lonza says the acquisition will strengthen its protein design technology offering for biopharmaceutical development.
