Johnson & Johnson to Buy Remaining Stake in Crucell for €1.75 Billion (update)

Biopharmaceutical company Crucell (Leiden, Netherlands) says that it is in advanced negotiations with Johnson & Johnson (J&J; New Brunswick, NJ), for a potential public offer by J&J for all outstanding ordinary shares of Crucell that it does not already own.
