Jacobs JV Buys Firm

Neste Jacobs, a 40-60 joint venture between Jacobs Engineering Group and Neste Oil, says it will acquire Rintekno (Espoo, Finland), an engineering company specializing in chemicals and biotechnology, from BE&K (Birmingham, AL). Financial terms were not disclosed.
