EnviroTech :: Biotech DuPont Grows Biotech Investment; Reaffirms Outlook9:19 AM MST | November 21, 2007 | Michelle Bryner DuPont’s Applied BioSciences unit, formerly Bio-Based Materials, is expected to generate revenues of $800 million in 2010 and $2.3 billion in 2012, the company said at an investors meeting, held last week at Wilmington, DE. The company says it will invest $500 million in capital over the next three years in the unit, which comprises its biofuels, biomaterials, biospecialties, and biomedical businesses.
