Court Upholds Labelling of Hormone-free Milk in Ohio

The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals has overturned the state of Ohio’s ban on the use of labels showing that milk sold in the state is from cows free of bovine growth hormone.   Parents groups have welcomed the ruling.
