ATMI Buys European Pharma Bioprocessing Firm

ATMI (Danbury, CT), a producer of disposable equipment used in the manufacture of biologic drugs, says it has acquired Artelis (Brussels, Belgium), a biotech firm and a producer of disposable manufacturing equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed.
