Novozymes acquires Allopartis Biotechnologies

Novozymes has acquired Allopartis Biotechnologies (San Francisco) from CalCEF Clean Energy Angel Fund I (San Francisco) for an undisclosed sum. Allopartis, founded in 2008, specializes in screening enzymes for industrial use. CalCEF Clean Energy Angel Fund I is a seed and early-stage venture capital fund focusing entirely on emerging, transformative technology in the clean energy markets.
