Lonza Joins DSM as Manufacturer of Biopharma Drug for Agennix

Lonza has agreed to supply Agennix (Heidelberg, Germany), a biotech firm, with commercial quantities of talactoferrin, Agennix’s trial drug for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). As part of the deal, Lonza will also develop a biotech process for manufacturing the drug. Financial terms were not disclosed. Talactoferrin is an oral Dendritic Cell Mediated Immunotherapy (DCMI) drug.
