USDA Guarantees $400 Million in Biorefinery Funding

The USDA today announced it is awarding loan guarantees totaling $405 million to help fund three commercial-scale cellulosic ethanol projects in the U.S. Coskata (Warrenville, IL), Enerkem (Pontotoc, MS), and Ineos New Planet Bioenergy (Vero Beach, FL), a joint venture between Ineos Bio and New Planet Energy (League City, TX), all received funding....
