Novozymes Collaborates with Ethanol Developer to Improve Yeast Process

Novozymes says it has agreed to partner with Royal Nedalco (Bergen op Zoom, the Netherlands), a major supplier of yeast and ethanol in Europe, to develop a fermentation process that can yield C5 and C6 sugars.
