Lawmakers Ask GAO to Investigate FutureGen

The chair of the House Science Committee, Bart Gordon, has asked the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) to investigate DOE's recent decision to essentially pull the plug on FutureGen—a project intended to demonstrate clean coal power production.
