Flint Hills and Benefuel to develop biodiesel refineries jointly in the US

Benefuel (Irving, TX) has completed agreements with Flint Hills Resources (FHR; Wichita, KS) to develop biodiesel refineries in the United States using Benefuel’s patented Ensel refining technology, Benefuel has announced. The joint venture, Duonix (Wichita), is developing its first project, a retrofit of a 50-million gal/year biodiesel facility at Beatrice, NE.
