EU Biodiesel Industry Seeks Sanctions Against U.S. Firms Allegedly Evading Antidumping Laws

Europe’s biofuels industry representatives say they will lodge a complaint with European Union (EU) trade authorities against undisclosed U.S. companies that allegedly are evading anti-dumping duties. The European Biodiesel Board (EBB; Brussels) will file its complaint “in the upcoming weeks” but has not yet identified the companies suspected to be in violation of the antidumping duties.
