Butamax Announces Two Biobutanol Retrofit Projects

Butamax Advanced Biofuels (Wilmongton, DE), a Dupont/BP biofuel joint venture, says it has signed contracts to convert two world-scale ethanol facilies in Iowa to biobased isobutanol production.
