BASF says it will raise global colorants and additives prices by 5%-20%, depending on product line and as contracts allow, effective immediately. The increase affects products primarily used in the coatings, plastics, and specialties industries, including: organic, inorganic, and special effect pigments; pigment preparations; specialty films; dyes; thickeners; and light stabilizers • Dow Biocides says it boosted list and off-list glutaraldehyde product prices by 10 cts/lb in North America, and by 10% for the rest of the world, effective August 1 • Lonza...
