Fermentation Ingredients Market Set to Hit $22.3 Billion/year by 2014 (update)

The global market for fermentation ingredients is set to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 7%, leading to sales of $22.3 billion by the end of 2013, according to a report published by BCC Research (Wellesley, MA).
