Economics :: Prices CW Price ReportCommentary8:51 AM MDT | April 24, 2009 Oil and gas prices sank a little lower last week as bad news from the banking sector drove speculation that there would be no global economic recovery any time soon. West Texas Intermediate crude oil shed $1.87/bbl, to $47.45/bbl, while Brent crude fell $2.08/bbl, to $49.11/bbl. Natural gas on the Henry Hub Index contracted 15 cts/million Btu, to a new low of $3.44/million Btu. North American spot naphtha lost about 5 cts/gal, and spot naphtha in Europe eased lower by $15/m.t. Spot ethane ticked higher by about 2 cts/gal, and propane lost about 2 cts/gal...
