Suppliers Boost Prices, Add Surcharges Amid Rising Costs

Continued rising raw material and operating costs are prompting some pigment and printing ink suppliers to raise prices and/or add surcharges. Transportation costs, a weakening U.S. dollar, and a tight supply-demand balance for oil are also pressuring prices, suppliers say....
