Mr. Barton has extensive experience in Profit Improvement, Operations and Manufacturing improvement, Planning and Control systems, Key Performance Indicators & Performance Management and Management Skills training. In addition, he is a specialist in Just-In-Time, Cycle Time Compression, Supply Chain Management, Sales & Operations Planning, Total Quality Management and Continuous Improvement. Mr. Barton has worked in various industries such as; Consumer Products, Steel, Automotive Parts, Process, Industrial Manufacturing, Healthcare and Telecommunications. Mr. Barton is the co-developer of the firm's Supply Chain Assessment Methodology and Enterprise Advantage service offerings and has performed over 30 end-to-end supply chain diagnostics and dozens of Supply Chain strategy engagements.
