Stephanie A. Burns

Stephanie A. Burns, Ph.D.  started her career in the laboratories of Central Research & Development at Dow Corning in 1983. Her career progressed through a variety of technology and leadership roles including Science and Technology director for Europe and executive roles in Women's Health, Life Sciences and Electronics, before joining the Office of the CEO in December 2000 to oversee global operations. Soon after, she was named chief executive officer and in January 2006, elected chairman of Dow Corning's board.
