Nova Chemicals has agreed to be the anchor shipper for Kinder Morgan Energy Partners’ Utica to Ontario Pipeline Access (Utopia) project, which will carry ethane and ethane-propane mixtures from the Utica shale basin to Nova’s Corunna, Ontario, facility.
