For all of North America, chemical railcar traffic during the week totaled 42,174 carloads, flat from the previous week, and down 4.4% YOY, according to data released by the Association of American Railroads (AAR) https://www.aar.org/. Chemical railcar traffic in North America is up 0.8% for the year to date, versus a 2.3% decrease in all railcar traffic, according to AAR.
