During the week ended 18 July, chemical railcar traffic in North America increased 1.1% year-on-year (YOY) despite a sequential decline in volume. For all of North America, chemical railcar traffic during the week totaled 41,749 carloads, down 2.8% from the previous week, according to data released on 22 July by the Association of American Railroads....
