Trinseo reports a net loss for the fourth quarter of $30 million, down from a net profit of $11 million in the year-ago quarter, largely the result of inventory revaluation driven by declining crude oil prices. Trinseo (Berwyn, PA),  formerly Styron, says it is reorganizing its business divisions into two groups and reassigning members of the executive team.
