LyondellBasell reports net income for the fourth-quarter of $795 million, up 0.5% year-over-year (YOY) from $791 million. Sales totaled $7.071 billion, down 31.3%. Adjusted earnings of $2.20/share beat the average analyst estimate of $2.14/share as compiled by Thomson Reuters (New York).
