Ineos has confirmed that it has declared force majeure on impact copolymer polypropylene at its facility in Chocolate Bayou, TX, following an equipment failure in late December. In a letter sent to customers on 14 January, the company says an equipment failure on 27 December has limited operations at the Chocolate Bayou site and reduced certain production capacity....
