OxyChem (Dallas, TX) and Mexichem (Tlalnepantla, Mexico) say that their 50-50 jv, Ingleside Ethylene, began construction of its 540,000 m.t./yr ethane cracker at OxyChem’s Ingleside, TX, complex in the second quarter of 2014.
