Trinseo (Berwyn, PA),  formerly Styron, says it is reorganizing its business divisions into two groups and reassigning members of the executive team. A newly created performance materials division will include rubber, latex, and performance plastics consisting of the automotive and consumer essential markets businesses. A new basic plastics and feedstocks division will include styrenic polymers—polystyrene, ABS, SAN—polycarbonate, and styrene monomer.
