Oxiteno (São Paolo) intends to build a $113 million, 170,000 m.t./year ethoxylation unit at its site in Pasadena, TX, more than doubling the original planned capacity. The company hopes to begin construction by the second quarter of 2016, with start-up to come in the fourth quarter of 2017.
