Olin reports fourth-quarter net income of $12.8 million, down 48% year-over-year (YOY) on declines in both the chlor-alkali and Winchester ammunition segments. However, the company expects gains in 2015, notably in chlor-alkali, which Olin sees emerging from the current trough. Sales totaled $500 million, down 11% YOY from $562 million.
