Westlake Chemical Partners (Houston), a master limited partnership that manages ethylene production for Westlake Chemical (Westlake; Houston), reports fourth-quarter net income of $10.8 million, up 26% year-on-year from $8.6 million. The gain resulted mainly from an increased stake in Westlake Chemical OpCo, which holds the actual ethylene production assets, the company says.
