W.R. Grace today reported third-quarter net income of $74.5 million, down 3% year-over-year (YOY) on higher corporate and other expenses. Reported adjusted earnings of $1.07/share were down 8.5% YOY but surpassed analyst estimates of 95 cts/share, according to Thomson Reuters (New York).
