PTT Global Chemical (Bangkok) has partnered with Marubeni (Tokyo) to develop an ethane cracker and derivatives project in the Marcellus Shale region of the United States, says a local report. According to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, quoting unnamed sources, the partners are considering three locations: the Mon River Industrial Park at Allenport, PA; and a site each in West Virginia and Ohio....
