The American Fuel & Petrochemical Manufacturers (AFPM) and the American Petroleum Institute (API) say that the US EPA has agreed to issue final rules implementing the federal Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) for 2014 and 2015 by 30 November. The two organizations last month filed a lawsuit aimed at forcing EPA to finalize rules. AFPM and API filed a draft consent decree to resolve the case on 10 April....
