EPA has published a proposed greenhouse gas prevention of significant deterioration (GHG PSD) permit for M&G Chemicals' (Luxembourg) Corpus Christi, TX, polyethylene terephthalate project, which the company first announced in May 2011. M&G Chemicals plans to build a 1.0-million m.t./year PET plant and a 1.2-million m.t./year plant for the production of feedstock purified terephthalic acid.
