The American Fuel & Petrochemical Manufacturers (AFPM) and the American Petroleum Institute (API) say that the US EPA has agreed to issue final rules implementing the federal Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) for 2014 and 2015 by 30 November. RPM International (Medina, OH) reports a net loss of $57.3 million for the quarter ended 28 February, down from a gain of $16.2 million in the year-ago period , due mainly to a one-time charge related to the recent bankruptcy settlement of its Specialty Products Holding Corp.
